在介绍丝瓜络基本性能及化学成分组成的基础上,通过硫酸盐法将丝瓜络制成浆粕,并在黏胶纤维试验线上制备天罗丝。在单面大圆机上开发两款天罗丝针织内衣面料,介绍其编织工艺和染整工艺。同时通过对丝瓜络黏胶短纤维、天罗丝纱线及天罗丝针织内衣产品的性能检测,指出测试指标的各项数值均符合国家标准要求。从纺纱、织造、染整至成衣,这一丝瓜络生产新工艺,为纺织业新型纺织材料的应用提供了一条新的途径,具有良好的经济效益。
Based on the introduction of the basic properties and chemical composition of loofah, the loofah was made into pulp by the sulfate method, and the loquat was prepared on the viscose fiber test line. Developed two days Rose knitted underwear fabric on a single large circular knitting machine, introduced its weaving process and dyeing and finishing process. At the same time, through the testing of the properties of loofah viscose staple fibers, Tencel yarn and Tencel knitted underwear, it is pointed out that all the values of the test indexes meet the requirements of national standards. From spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing to garments, this loofah new production process provides a new way for the application of new textile materials in the textile industry, with good economic benefits.
