目的了解近视学生每年屈光度变化情况。方法对6~15岁学生68例136只眼近视屈光度数连续跟追3年。初诊低度近视95只眼(70%),中度近视29只眼(21%),高度近视12只眼(9%)。第一年复查低度近视为88只眼(65%),中度近视34只眼(25%),高度近视14只眼(10%)。第二年复查低度近视为68只眼(50%),中度近视52只眼(38%),高度近视16只眼(12%)。第三年复查低度近视为53只眼(39%),中度近视65只眼(48%),高度近视18只眼(13%)。结果随着年龄和学龄的增加,学生近视只有极少数屈光度不变,大部分都有不同程度增加。3年后大部分低度近视变为中或高度近视。结论中小学生近视屈光度随年龄和学龄增长,有所增加。因此对于中小学生用眼习惯的培养至关重要,以预防近视的发生发展。
Objective To understand the changes of diopter in myopia students each year. Methods Sixty-six pupils in 6-15 years of myopia were retrospectively reviewed. 95 eyes (70%) with low myopia, 29 eyes with moderate myopia (21%), and 12 eyes (9%) with high myopia. In the first year, 88 eyes (65%) with low myopia, 34 eyes (25%) with moderate myopia, and 14 eyes (10%) with high myopia were reviewed. The following year, 68 eyes (50%) with low myopia, 52 eyes (38%) with moderate myopia and 16 eyes (12%) with high myopia were reviewed. In the third year, 53 eyes (39%) with low myopia, 65 eyes (48%) with moderate myopia, and 18 eyes (13%) with high myopia were reviewed. Results With age and school-age increase, only a very small number of students with myopia diopter unchanged, most of them have varying degrees of increase. After 3 years most of myopia into low or high myopia. Conclusions The pupil diopter of myopia increases with age and school age. Therefore, primary and secondary students with the habit of eye culture is essential to prevent the occurrence and development of myopia.
