我国地大物博,文化源远流长。而中式菜肴又作为世界三大菜系之一,更是种类繁多,皆有不同。所以对于菜名的翻译就要求更为细致,在可以体现出菜肴本质的同时彰显特色,又让国外游客一目了然,更好地了解中国文化,菜名的翻译作为文化交际的大使,紧密联系两国,促进两国之间发展。所以,本文通过对中式菜名的误译,归纳出一些中式菜谱常见的翻译方法。
