目的探讨HIF-1α和VEGF在子宫内膜异位症患者中的表达水平及与血管生成的相关性。方法选取苏州市第七人民医院子宫内膜异位症患者39例,另选取同期住院的子宫肌瘤患者37例作为对照组,检测前者的异位内膜及其在位内膜、后者的正常内膜中HIF-1α与VEGF蛋白表达,计算微血管密度(MVD)。结果HIF-1α、VEGF蛋白及MVD在异位内膜中的表达强度均明显高于其余两组,且在在位内膜中的表达强度均高于正常内膜,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HIF-1α与VEGF在子宫异位内膜中的表达呈正相关(r=0.730,P<0.05);HIF-1α与MVD的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.701,0.683,P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α和VEGF在子宫内膜异位症患者增生期内膜组织中的表达呈正相关,均可促进子宫内膜异位症血管的生成。
Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in patients with endometriosis and their correlation with angiogenesis. Methods Thirty-nine patients with endometriosis in the Seventh People’s Hospital of Suzhou City were enrolled in this study. Thirty-seven patients with uterine leiomyoma who were hospitalized in the same period were selected as the control group to detect the ectopic endometrium and its eutopic endometrium, The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in normal endometrium was calculated and the microvessel density (MVD) was calculated. Results The expression of HIF-1α, VEGF protein and MVD in ectopic endometrium were significantly higher than those in the other two groups, and the expression intensity in eutopic endometrium was higher than that in normal endometrium P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in the uterine ectopic endometrium (r = 0.730, P <0.05). The expression of HIF-1α was positively correlated with the MVD (r = 0.701,0.683, P <0.05). Conclusions There is a positive correlation between the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in proliferative endometrium of patients with endometriosis, all of which can promote the formation of endometriosis blood vessels.
