目的了解绵阳市市售食品中镉污染状况,开展暴露风险初步评估。方法从绵阳市辖区不同地点购买大米、小米、新鲜蔬菜、鸡蛋、水果等市售食品,按照GB/T 5009.19-2003方法对其中镉含量进行检测。结果共检测食品样品169份,检出率74.56%,合格率94.08%,不同产地食品中镉污染合格率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 2014年绵阳市市售食品中镉污染状况不严重,食物中污染物镉对食品安全的风险是可以接受的。大米和蔬菜样品中存在一定镉超标,应加强监测,保障食品安全。
Objective To understand the status of cadmium pollution in commercially available foods in Mianyang and carry out a preliminary assessment of the risk of exposure. Methods The commercial products such as rice, millet, fresh vegetables, eggs and fruits were purchased from different locations in Mianyang City. The content of cadmium in the samples was measured according to the method of GB / T 5009.19-2003. Results A total of 169 food samples were detected, with a detection rate of 74.56% and a pass rate of 94.08%. There was no significant difference in the passing rate of cadmium pollution among different producing areas (P> 0.05). Conclusion The status of cadmium pollution in commercial food in Mianyang City was not serious in 2014, and the risk of food safety of cadmium in food was acceptable. Some cadmium in rice and vegetable samples is excessive, and monitoring should be strengthened to ensure food safety.
