沉井封底有干封法和水下封底法两种方法。干封法须先抽干沉井,然后灌混凝土;水下封底法不必将水抽出,而是在水下灌混凝土,这种方法既能保证质量,施工速度又快。一、施工准备封底施工前,先测出井里水深和井底形状,并根据测得数据,计算出封底所用混凝土量,据此计算砂、石、水泥量。测点越多,计算的混凝土体积就越准确。图1为某6m直径沉井的12个点的水深。浇灌混凝土时,用3台O.4m~3搅拌机(其中一台备用),搅拌机出料口到漏斗间用铁皮溜槽连接。漏斗系钢板焊接而成,形状如图2所示,其容积宜大于lm~3。图中塞
There are two methods for dry well closure, dry sealing and underwater sealing. The dry seal method must first drain the caisson and then fill the concrete. Under the underwater seal method, the water does not have to be pumped out, but the concrete is poured under water. This method can ensure the quality and speed the construction. I. Construction Preparation Before the construction of the back cover, the water depth and shape of the bottom of the well shall be measured. Based on the measured data, the amount of concrete used for the back cover shall be calculated and the amount of sand, stone and cement shall be calculated accordingly. The more survey points, the more accurate the calculated concrete volume. Figure 1 shows the depth of 12 points for a 6m diameter caisson. When pouring concrete, use 3 sets of O.4m~3 mixers (one of them is on standby), and connect the outlet of the mixer to the hopper and use a metal chute.
