本文研究一种采用高锰钢粘结之无钴矿用硬质合金,高锰钢可加工硬化的特性使受冲击作用之表面不断产生硬化获得高的耐磨性,内层则仍保持高韧性的奥氏体结构。力学性能研究指出:控制粘结相Mn/C比,高锰钢结硬质合金洛氏硬度和抗弯强度能达到工业矿用硬质合金标准,冲击韧性则可超过。
