本文在分析南京乔士设备有限公司绩效考核体系存在问题的基础上,通过建立以KPI为核心的部门绩效考核体系,对该公司绩效考核体系进行再设计。具体设计方法主要是对公司的生产作业类、综合管理类、财务类、采购库存类和营销类五大类别的部门设定各自的关键绩效指标并赋予权重,以此考核部门绩效。
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of Nanjing Qiaoshe Equipment Co., Ltd., this paper redesigns the performance appraisal system of the company by establishing the department performance appraisal system with KPI as the core. The specific design method is to assess the performance of the department by setting their respective key performance indicators and assigning weights to the five categories of production operations, comprehensive management, finance, purchasing and inventory, and marketing of the company.
