以EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)t、BS(4-叔丁基苯乙烯)为单体,BPO(过氧化苯甲酰)为引发剂,DVB(二乙烯苯)为交联剂,明胶和磷酸三钙为分散稳定剂,甲苯和环己烷为溶剂,采用悬浮法合成新型功能高分子材料P(tBS/EPDM)。采用SEM、FTIR、DSC等方法对其结构和性能进行表征,结果表明:所合成的粒状树脂中存在小而均匀的多孔结构,具有较高的比表面积。P(tBS/EPDM)对油品具有良好吸收性能,对四氯甲烷的最大吸油率为51.68g/g,氯仿35g/g,环己烷25.83g/g,煤油27.50g/g,甲苯22.8g/g,对甲苯和煤油最大吸油速率为66.64和199.93h-1。
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) t, BS (4-tert-butyl styrene) as monomer, BPO (benzoyl peroxide) as initiator, DVB (divinylbenzene) as crosslinking agent, Tricalcium phosphate as a dispersion stabilizer, toluene and cyclohexane as a solvent, the use of suspension synthesis of new functional polymer materials P (tBS / EPDM). The structure and properties of the resin were characterized by SEM, FTIR and DSC. The results showed that there was a small and uniform porous structure in the synthesized granular resin with high specific surface area. P (tBS / EPDM) has good absorption of oil, the maximum absorption rate of tetrachloromethane is 51.68g / g, chloroform 35g / g, cyclohexane 25.83g / g, kerosene 27.50g / g, toluene 22.8g / g, p-toluene and kerosene maximum oil absorption rate of 66.64 and 199.93h-1.
