20多年前,沈功玲在全国首创少先队“自动化”,这无论在理论上还是在实践上,对少先队事业都是一次突破,用叶澜教授的话说,“是少先队改革进程中的灵魂”。此后,“红领巾理事会”“十分钟队会”“雏鹰争章活动”等,一个个足以使少先队员和少先队工作者引以为豪的品牌项目,因为她而得到推广。10多年来,“小队优化组建”“快乐中队创建”等,一个个培养队员组织观念,开发队的组织功能的建设项目,使少先队工作跃上了一个新的台阶。
More than 20 years ago, Shen Gongling pioneered Young Pioneers ’automation in the country. This is a breakthrough both in theory and in practice on Young Pioneers’ career. According to Professor Ye Lan, “it is the soul of the pioneers in the reform process.” Since then, the Red Crescent Council, the Ten-minute Team, the Eagles Competition and so on, one by one branding project that is enough to make Young Pioneers and Young Pioneers workers proud, was promoted for her. For more than a decade, “team building,” “happy squadron creation,” and so on, one by one to cultivate team members concept of organization, development team organization and function of the construction project, the young pioneers work to a new level.
