英语教学包括听、说、读、写四个方面,阅读是其中的重要部分,而且正变得越来越重要。在各类各级考试中,阅读是考试的主要组成部分,阅读理解题共占40分。这就意味着考生能力的高低在很大程度上影响英语考试成绩的高低。在实际教学中,很多教师认为阅读教学就是以课文为主体,教授词汇并解析语法,而对于阅读方法和技巧、学生理解能力、推测预测能力、思维概括等的训练,没有给予应有的重视。加上学生的阅读仅仅局限于课本、习题中出现的文章,阅读量少,课外读物更是涉及得很少,以至于学生“望文生畏”。很多学生采用逐字逐句翻译成汉语的做法,如果连续有几个单词不认识,就无法理解文意。针对这些问题,作者认为在阅读教学中,教师首先应该改变观念,以学生为主体、教师为主导,加强对学生阅读技能、阅读方法的训练,阅读前采取多种途径作有效导入,如问题教学模式,利用有效的设问贯穿整个阅读过程,采用语篇教学法阅读后加练以巩固,同时扩大课外阅读量,形成一套有效的阅读教学方法,提高阅读教学效率。

To solve these problems, the author believes that in reading teaching, teachers should first change their concepts, with students as the main body, teachers as the leading, to strengthen the students’ reading skills, reading methods of training, reading before taking a variety of ways for effective introduction, such as problem teaching Mode, use effective question and question throughout the reading process, using text teaching method after reading and practicing to consolidate, while expanding extra-curricular reading, form an effective reading teaching methods to improve reading teaching efficiency.
