2015年春夏之交。一个关于大数据的会议上,熙熙攘攘,人声鼎沸。当“人人都是数据分析师”这个新鲜理念在会场上骤然抛出时,几乎所有的与会者脸上都露出了振奋却又有些无措的神情。近一年间,类似的振奋和无措交织,正是中国多数企业在拥抱大数据时的面部表情。有一家数据技术企业对550名高级销售人员做了一份调研,结果表明,销售业绩良好的企业中,77%的企业销售业务要用到数据分析做决策,令人有些不可思议的是,这种大面积的“拥抱数据分析”的行为,并非自上而下的行政命令,而是一种习惯,甚至是一种企业文化的培养和普及。
