舆论的产生是综合因素作用的结果,既有其深刻的社会根源,又有背后的利益驱动,更反映公众的社会心理和价值取向。舆论是意识形态斗争的重要领域,舆论引导是党的意识形态工作的重要组成部分。新时期舆论引导要在马克思主义指导下,准确把握舆论的本质特点和发展规律,用社会主义核心价值观凝聚社会共识,不断创造良好舆论环境。
The emergence of public opinion is the result of a combination of factors. It not only has its profound social roots but also driven by the interests behind it, and moreover reflects the public’s social psychology and value orientation. Public opinion is an important area of ideological struggle. The guidance of public opinion is an important part of the party’s ideological work. Under the guidance of Marxism, public opinion guidance in the new period should accurately grasp the essential characteristics and development laws of public opinion, and unite social consensus with the socialist core values so as to continuously create a favorable public opinion environment.
