目的 研究降钙素原PCT和血清hs-CRP联合测定对儿童脓毒症的早期诊断治疗的价值.方法 36例脓毒症患儿和30名正常儿童做对照,用荧光免疫法测PCT和hs-CRP水平.结果 脓毒症患儿治疗前的PCT和hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组正常儿童(P＜0.01),治疗后PCT和水平明显下降(P＜0.01).结论 PCT和hs-CRP的联合测定对儿童脓毒症的诊断和治疗有重要价值.
