在社会转型升级发展的关键时期,特别是随着电子商务的不断发展,新华书店这一个传统的图书经营企业在管理和销售方面面临着更加严峻的挑战。如何加强对新华书店的企业文化建设,增强企业的凝聚力,为企业市场的开辟赢得更多的空间成为了新华书店企业管理人员关注的重点问题。文章在对新华书店在企业文化建设中存在的一些问题进行深入剖析的基础上,提出了一些促进其企业文化建设的可行性的对策和建议。
In the critical period of social transformation and upgrading, especially with the continuous development of e-commerce, Xinhua Bookstore, a traditional book management company, faces more severe management and sales challenges. How to strengthen the Xinhua Bookstore’s corporate culture, enhance the cohesion of enterprises, opening up more business for the market to become a Xinhua Bookstore business managers focus on key issues. Based on an in-depth analysis of some problems in Xinhua Bookstore’s corporate culture construction, the article put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting its corporate culture construction.
