目的了解使用冷冻复苏精液进行IVF授精时间与IVF受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率及临床妊娠率之间的关系;方法选择2008年至2011年在郑大三附院生殖医学中心使用供精治疗的129个IVF周期。其中完全IVF周期96个,half-ICSI周期33个。对比精液处理后不同授精时间间隔与IVF临床结局的关系;结果授精时间间隔0.5-1h组67.319%正常受精率明显高于其他两组(2-3h组;1-2h组)(58.156%;57.820%)(χ2=12.210,P=0.001;χ2=4.097,P=0.043),对比有统计学差异;结论缩短授精时间间隔可以提高冷冻复苏精子IVF正常受精率.
Objective To understand the relationship between IVF fertilization time, IVF fertilization rate, cleavage rate, high quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate using frozen-resuscitation semen. Methods To select the optimal fertilization treatment for IVF from 2008 to 2011 in Affiliated Reproductive Medicine Center, 129 IVF cycles. Among them, there were 96 complete IVF cycles and 33 half-ICSI cycles. The results showed that the normal fertilization rate of 67.319% in the time interval of 0.5-1h was significantly higher than that of the other two groups (2-3h group; 1-2h group) (58.156%; 57.820 %) (χ2 = 12.210, P = 0.001; χ2 = 4.097, P = 0.043) .Conclusion Shortening the time interval of fertilization can improve the normal IVF rate of frozen-thawed sperm.
