[目的]为探明新疆北部棉区棉蚜种群对市场上和生产中常用药剂的敏感性程度。[方法]采用滤纸药膜法分别测定了147团和新湖农场棉蚜种群对4大类杀虫剂中的12种常用药剂的敏感性。[结果]2个棉蚜种群对同类杀虫剂的敏感度基本一致,对不同杀虫剂敏感性有较大差异。对吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、阿维菌素敏感性高,对菊酯类和有机磷类药剂敏感性低。[结论]根据测定结果,生产中应严格控制用药种类以及施药量和施药次数,选用不同类型杀虫剂轮用或混用,以延缓棉蚜抗性发展。
[Objective] The research aimed to find out the sensitivity of the cotton aphid population to the commonly used medicaments in the market and production in the cotton area of northern Xinjiang. [Method] The sensitivity of 12 populations of 4 groups of pesticides to cotton aphid population in 147 regiments and Xinhu farm were determined by filter paper membrane method. [Result] The sensitivity of two cotton aphid population to the same kind of insecticides was basically the same, and their sensitivity to different insecticides was quite different. For imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, avermectin high sensitivity to pyrethrins and organophosphorus pesticides low sensitivity. [Conclusion] According to the determination results, the types of drugs, the amount of pesticides applied and the number of pesticides should be strictly controlled in the production. Different types of pesticides should be selected for rotation or mixed to delay the development of cotton.
