近几年来,在使用人造金刚石孕镶钻头进行生产钻进以及试验过程中,有时发生孔内烧钻事故.此类事故一向被认为是由于对孔底冲洗、冷却不好造成的.后来,使用新加工的绳索取芯钻杆,丝扣接头基本不漏水,在水泵正常送水的情况下,仍发生烧钻事故.可见,烧钻事故的原因,并不单是孔底冲洗、冷却不好,而且还与钻压及转速有着密切的关系.实践证明,在正常钻进情况下,加大钻压的同时,相应降低转速,或加快钻速的同时,相应降低钻压,也就是说,使孔底钻头在良好冲洗、冷却条件下,保持着适当的钻压和转速,这样,既能延长钻头使用寿命,防止烧钻事故,又能得到较快而稳定的钻进速度.因而,合理确定钻压和转速,是一个值得深入研究
