在一些情况下,焊后变形可降低结构的性能.本项工作的目的就是测量焊后面外变形并提出了控制变形的措施.本文确定了测量方法并用此方法测定薄板结构,如客车侧墙结构的焊后变形.用有限元方法可以预测焊接变形,最后分析了减少变形的方法.
