本文从探讨外资保险机构市场准入监管的基础理论入手,介绍了外资保险机构市场准入监管的内涵、必要性、价值以及监管的目标,分析比较了四种国际监管模式。以便对我国外资保险机构市场准入监管的法制有所借鉴。
This paper starts with the discussion of the basic theory of market access regulation of foreign insurance institutions, introduces the connotation, necessity, value and supervision target of market access regulation of foreign insurance institutions and analyzes and compares the four international regulatory models. In order to draw lessons from the legal system of market access regulation of our foreign-funded insurance institutions.
