目的 观察降糖固肾汤对糖尿病肾病 (DN)的疗效.方法 32例DN患者以自拟降糖固肾汤治疗 ,每日 1剂 ,1个月为 1疗程 ,3个疗程统计疗效.结果 显效 7例 ( 2 1.88%) ,有效2 1例 ( 65.62%) ,无效 4例 ( 12 .50%) ,总有效率 87.50%.空腹血糖由治疗前 ( 12 .19± 2 .75)mmol L ,下降至 ( 7.2 5± 1.51)mmol L ,尿白蛋白 ( 182 .35± 135.68)mg 2 4h ,下降至 ( 62 .0 9± 59.2 1)mg 2 4h ,治疗前后比较P“,”Objective To investigate the effect ofJiangtanggushen decoction on diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methhods Jiangtanggushen decoction was used to treat 32 patie-nts with DN.Results Results showed marked effect in 7 cases(21.88%),effectiveness in 21 cases (65.62%) and failure in 4cases (12.5%), the total effective rate being 87.5%; fastingplasma glucose dropped from 12.19±2.75 (mmol/L) before tre-atment to 7.25±1.51 (mmol/L) after treatment;albuminura le-vels dropped from 182.35± 135.68 (mg/24 h) before treatment to 62.09±59.21 (mg/24 h) after treatment,with a great diffe-rence between pre-treatment and post-treatment (P<0.01);cli-nical symptoms also significantly improved.Conclusious Ji-angtanggushen decoction has definite effect on DN.
