对环磷酰胺(CTX)化疗后的瓦克癌肉瘤大鼠采用胎肝细胞输注(FLI)观察骨髓造血功能的变化。FLI 组和 CTX+FLI 组骨髓造血细胞的~3H-TdR 掺入量分别高于生理盐水组和 CTX 组(P<0.01和 P<0.05),CTX+FLI 组外周血白细胞计数和网织红细胞计数明显高于 CTX 组(P<0.001和 P<0.05)。FLI 具有促进化疗后骨髓造血功能恢复的作用。
The changes of hematopoietic function in bone marrow of Wacker carcinosarcoma rats after cyclophosphamide (CTX) chemotherapy were observed by using Fetal Liver Transfusion (FLI). The 3H-TdR incorporation in bone marrow cells of FLI group and CTX + FLI group was higher than that of saline group and CTX group (P <0.01 and P <0.05), respectively. The numbers of peripheral blood leucocyte and reticulocyte in CTX + FLI group Significantly higher than CTX group (P <0.001 and P <0.05). FLI has the role of promoting the recovery of bone marrow hematopoietic function after chemotherapy.
