为研究翼腭管的解剖及其与周围结构的关系以便为Le Fort Ⅰ型截骨提供指导,对30具干燥人头颅标本进行直接测量分析研究。结果显示在Le Fort Ⅰ型截骨水平上颌窦内侧壁从犁状孔边缘至翼腭管的平均距离是35.25mm;颧牙槽嵴至翼腭管的距离为25.41 mm;翼腭管至中线的距离是16.68 mm;犁状孔边缘至中线的距离是13.87mm;骨性鼻中隔长度是46.27 mm;犁状孔边缘至翼腭管连线与矢状面所成的夹角为6°14′。
In order to study the anatomy of the palatal canal and its relationship with the surrounding structures in order to provide guidance for Le Fort Ⅰ osteotomies, direct measurement and analysis of 30 dry human skull specimens were performed. The results showed that the average distance from the edge of the plow hole to the pterygium was 35.25 mm at the level of Le Fort Ⅰ osteotomy. The distance between the zygomatic ridge and the pterygium was 25.41 mm. The distance between the edge of the plow hole and the midline is 13.87 mm; the length of the bony septum is 46.27 mm; the angle formed by the edge of the plow hole to the sagittal plane of the flap is 6 ° 14 ’.
