通过UE、Node B上报的无线测量报告获取用户终端到基站的时间提前量Tadv、天线到达角AOA;根据Tadv对TD-SCDMA扇区覆盖范围的预测半径进行修正,根据AOA对TD-SCDMA扇区覆盖范围的预测弧度范围进行修正。可以获得更加准确的扇区级网络覆盖范围,并进一步进行精确化呈现,较之传统的覆盖呈现方法在精度方面有了很大的提高。
