为了适应飞机数字化装配及精加工要求,本文深入分析了由模拟量转化为数字量协调可能遇到的生产问题,提出了新型的工艺解决方案,并运用理论数模与实物样件对比、二次修正的方法,实现产品的快速逆向建模。通过引进具有在线检测、自动调姿、数控精加工功能的数字化生产线,实现多机型并行制造,保证产品质量的同时,有效地提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
In order to meet the requirements of aircraft digital assembly and finishing, this paper analyzes in depth the production problems that may arise from the conversion of analogue to digital coordination, proposes a new process solution, and compares the theoretical model with the physical sample, Revised approach to rapid reverse modeling of products. By introducing a digital production line with on-line inspection, automatic alignment and numerical control finishing functions, it is possible to realize parallel manufacturing of multiple models and ensure product quality while effectively increasing production efficiency and reducing production costs.
