随着时代的不断发展,在企业的规模越做越大的情境下,其存在的缺点也随之暴露出来,工作人员人数流动较大就是其中的主要问题。企业工作人员的流失使团体出现了不稳定因素,也直接给企业造成了一定程度的损失。本文对薪酬福利进行了简要的概述,并介绍了薪酬对员工稳定性的影响和作用,根据本人实践经验提出了加强员工稳定性的建议,希望引起相关读者的重视。
With the continuous development of the times, the shortcomings of its existence are exposed when the scale of an enterprise is getting bigger and bigger. The large number of staff members is a major problem among them. The loss of corporate staff to the group instability, but also directly to the enterprise caused a certain degree of loss. This paper gives a brief overview of the remuneration and benefits, and introduces the impact and role of remuneration to the stability of employees. Based on my own experience, I put forward suggestions to enhance the stability of employees, hoping to arouse the attention of relevant readers.
