核桃是重要的“木本粮油”树种,在核桃的品种化栽培过程中,嫁接繁殖是一个重要的技术措施。但由于核桃体内含有单宁物质,使其嫁接成活率一直不高。贵州省毕节市一直徘徊在10%左右。为提高嫁接核桃嫁接成活率,林科所、种苗站20余a来一直开展这方面的研究工作。通过多年的实践探索,总结出春季核桃高枝嫁接——采用多头插劈舌接的嫁接方法,并对接穗、砧木进行适宜的处理,可使核桃嫁接成活率达到80%以上。该嫁接方法的成活率可满足生产对核桃嫁接成活率的要求,为毕节市核桃品种化栽培提供了技术支撑。
Walnut is an important “woody grain and oil ” tree species, in the walnut variety cultivation, grafting is an important technical measure. However, the walnut body contains tannin material, so that the graft survival rate has not been high. Bijie City, Guizhou Province, has been hovering around 10%. The survival rate of the grafting method can meet the requirements of grafting survival rate of walnut production, and provide technical support for the variety cultivation of walnut in Bijie City.
