目的探讨窖蛋白-1(caveolin-1)在正常肺组织、云锡矿工肺癌及其他地区肺癌中的表达及其作用,并对云锡矿工肺癌及其他地区肺癌中的caveolin-1表达进行比较研究。方法收集正常肺组织15例、云锡矿工肺癌组织40例及其他地区肺癌组织40例,采用免疫组化方法检测caveolin-1表达。结果15例正常肺组织中支气管上皮细胞caveolin-1表达均呈阴性;caveolin-1在云锡肺癌组织中及其他地区肺癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为65.0%、57.5%,2组肺癌中caveolin-1表达与正常肺组织中caveolin-1表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且caveolin-1在云锡矿工肺癌中的表达高于其他地区肺癌。结论①caveolin-1在正常肺组织的支气管上皮细胞中呈阴性表达,而在肺癌组织中呈阳性表达,提示caveolin-1可能是一个癌基因;②caveolin-1在云锡矿工肺癌中的表达强度高于其他地区肺癌,其机制仍需进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the expression and role of caveolin-1 in lung cancer of normal lung tissues, Yun Tin miners lung cancer and other regions, and to compare the expression of caveolin-1 in lung cancer of Yunnan Tin miners and other regions . Methods Fifteen normal lung tissues, 40 lung cancer tissues from Yun Tin miners and 40 lung cancer tissues from other regions were collected. The expression of caveolin-1 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of caveolin-1 in bronchial epithelial cells of 15 normal lung tissues were negative. The positive rates of caveolin-1 in lung cancer tissues of Yun-tin and lung cancer were 65.0% and 57.5% 1 and caveolin-1 expression in normal lung tissue were statistically significant (P <0.01), and caveolin-1 expression in Yun Tin miners lung cancer was higher than in other regions of lung cancer. Conclusions ①Caveolin-1 is negatively expressed in normal lung tissue of bronchial epithelial cells and positive in lung cancer tissues, suggesting that caveolin-1 may be an oncogene; ②Caveolin-1 expression in Yunqi mining lung cancer is higher than Lung cancer in other areas, the mechanism still needs further study.
