通过系统梳理国内外信息化评估理论和方法,得出不同时期人们对信息化评估的视角在变化的结论,认为早期是以关注社会发展的特征为主,1990年代中期开始围绕社会发展的需求,而近几年更关注“市场”发展趋势,其主要原因是现代信息技术革命对社会发展的冲击。指出,从宏观上看,信息化评估的方法与人们对该问题认识的视角密切相关,而从微观上分析,它还受社会发展需求的影响。本文是整篇的下半部分,主要是比较、分析与论证。
By systematically combing with the theories and methods of informatization assessment both at home and abroad, we come to the conclusion that the perspective of informational assessment of people in different periods is changing. In the early stage, we mainly focused on the characteristics of social development. From the mid-1990s on revolving around the needs of social development, In recent years, more attention has been paid to the development trend of “market ”, mainly due to the impact of the modern information technology revolution on social development. It points out that macroscopically, the method of informational assessment is closely related to people’s understanding of the problem, and from the microscopic point of view, it is also affected by the demand of social development. This article is the second half of the whole article, mainly comparison, analysis and demonstration.
