改革开放以来,许多著名外资企业进入中国后都取得了巨大的成功,如正大集团、摩托罗拉、爱立信等。外资企业的成功,一是得益于其雄厚的经济实力;二是得益于先进的管理;三是得益于中国市场的巨大潜力;但更得益于他们的人才战略。正是重视人才的争夺和开发,才保证了他们对中国企业的竞争优势,吸引使用优秀人才是外资企业在华的重点战略之一。
Since the reform and opening up, many famous foreign-funded enterprises have made great successes since entering China, such as Chia Tai Group, Motorola and Ericsson. The success of foreign-funded enterprises, first, thanks to its strong economic strength; the second is to benefit from advanced management; the third is to benefit from the great potential of the Chinese market; but also benefit from their talent strategy. It is precisely the competition and development of qualified personnel that their competitive advantages to Chinese enterprises are guaranteed. Attracting the use of talented people is one of the key strategies for foreign-funded enterprises in China.
