教师基本技能训练是化学师范专业必不可少的环节,该环节训练效果的好坏直接影响到将来参加实习的效果,乃至今后从事教学工作的发展潜力。本文首先对目前地方高校化学师范专业师范生教师技能训练存在的问题进行剖析,然后提出解决这些问题的应对策略和措施。
Teachers’ basic skills training is an indispensable part of Chemistry Teacher Professional. The training effect of this part has a direct impact on the effectiveness of internship in the future, and even the potential of teaching work in the future. This paper first analyzes the existing problems in the skills training for teachers of normal universities and colleges who are majoring in chemistry in normal universities and then puts forward the countermeasures and measures to solve these problems.
