党的十八大报告明确指出:创新基层党建工作,夯实党执政的组织基础。加强和创新社会管理是党中央确定的重大战略任务,涉及党的执政地位的巩固和社会的长治久安,关系到伟大“中国梦”的最终实现。如何与时俱进地在社会管理及其创新中找准自身的定位,最大限度地发挥积极作用是摆在各级党组织面前的重要课题。紧密围绕基层党组织在社会管理及其创新中发挥自身作用的切入点、着力点和突破点开展探索,力求走出一条党建工作与社会管理互促共赢的新路径。
The report of the 18th CPC National Congress clearly states: Innovating the grass-roots party building and solidifying the organizational foundation for the party in power. Strengthening and innovating social management is a major strategic task set by the party Central Committee. It involves the consolidation of the ruling position of the party and the long-term peace and stability of the community, and is the ultimate realization of the great “Chinese Dream.” How to keep pace with the times to find its own position in social management and its innovation and to exert its positive role to the utmost is an important issue before party organizations at all levels. Focusing on the grass-roots party organizations in social management and innovation play an important role in their entry point, focus and breakthrough point to explore, and strive to get out of a party building and social management, promote a win-win new path.
