随着建筑行业突飞猛进的发展,建筑企业的总经济师出现了较为严重的缺位现象。一些大中型的建筑企业的总经济师更是极度缺乏。有的根本没有设置总经济师的职位,有的虽然设置了总经济师这一职位,但总经济师的职能根本就没有发挥。这些现象导致企业的经营管理效率底下,管理混乱,对企业正常运行造成了一定的影响,应该引起高度重视。本文针对建筑企业总经济师的缺位现象,探讨企业总经济师缺位的原因,为企业的发展提供理论参考和借鉴。
With the development of the construction industry by leaps and bounds, the chief economist of construction enterprises experienced a rather serious vacancy. The chief economist of some large and medium-sized construction enterprises is extremely scarce.
