目的探讨华法林治疗过程中的影响因素。方法阐述华法林的药理作用、副作用,以及影响华法林药效的其他因素。结果与结论华法林使用方便、疗效显著,但是应用华法林有很多的注意事项及局限性,故使用时需要充分了解影响华法林药理作用的一些因素,为患者选择规范化、个体化的治疗方案,达到有效预防血栓和合理规避出血风险的治疗目标。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors in the treatment of warfarin. Methods The pharmacological effects and side effects of warfarin and other factors affecting the efficacy of warfarin were expounded. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Warfarin was easy to use and had a significant therapeutic effect. However, there are many considerations and limitations in the application of warfarin. Therefore, it is necessary to fully understand some factors that influence the pharmacological effects of warfarin and to select standardized and individualized Treatment programs, to achieve effective prevention of thrombosis and reasonable treatment to avoid the risk of bleeding goals.
