目的:了解兵团城市和农场居民吸烟、饮酒和主动体育锻炼等与健康相关的行为的分布及影响因素。方法:采取多阶段分层、整群抽样的方法,对4469户,13126人进行家庭入户健康询问调查。结果:兵团15岁及以上居民吸烟率为26.6%(男性51.0%,女性1.6%),城市为23.4%(男性46.4%,女性1.1%),农场为28.0%(男性52.9%,女性1.8%),农场居民的吸烟率高于城市(χ2=24.137,df=1,P=0.000),男性的吸烟率高于女性(χ2=3340.359,df=1,P=0.000)。兵团15岁及以上人口经常饮酒率为6.1%(男性11.4%,女性0.5%),城市为5.4%(男性10.4%,女性0.6%),农场为6.3%(男性11.8%,女性0.5%),城市和农场居民经常饮酒率差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.205,df=1,P=0.073);男性经常饮酒率高于女性(χ2=557.326,df=1,P=0.000)。兵团15岁及以上人口主动体育锻炼率为28.2%(男性28.8%,女性27.7%),城市为47.5%(男性48.2%,女性46.8%),农场为20.1%(男性20.9%,女性19.3%),城市居民主动体育锻炼率高于农场(χ2=825.082,df=1,P=0.000);男性与女性的锻炼率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.548,df=1,P=0.213)。结论:兵团居民吸烟、饮酒等不良行为方式普遍存在,我们应该及时对人群进行不良行为习惯的健康教育和健康促进活动。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the distribution and influencing factors of health-related behaviors such as smoking, drinking and active physical exercise in Corps and farms. Methods: A multi-stage stratified and cluster sampling method was used to investigate the health inquiry of 4469 households and 13126 households. Results: The smoking rate of Corps residents aged 15 and above was 26.6% (51.0% for males and 1.6% for females), 23.4% for urban areas (46.4% for males and 1.1% for females) and 28.0% for farms (52.9% for males and 1.8% for females) (Χ2 = 24.137, df = 1, P = 0.000). The smoking rate of males was higher than that of females (χ2 = 3340.359, df = 1, P = 0.000). Corps regularly drunk 6.1% of the population aged 15 and over (11.4% for males and 0.5% for females), 5.4% for urban areas (10.4% for males and 0.6% for females), 6.3% for farms (11.8% for males and 0.5% for females) There was no significant difference in the prevalence of alcohol consumption between urban and rural residents (χ2 = 3.205, df = 1, P = 0.073). The prevalence of alcohol consumption was higher in men than in women (χ2 = 557.326, df = 1, P = 0.000). Corps 15-year-old and above population active physical activity rate was 28.2% (male 28.8%, female 27.7%), the city was 47.5% (male 48.2%, female 46.8%), farm 20.1% (male 20.9%, female 19.3% (Χ2 = 825.082, df = 1, P = 0.000). There was no significant difference in exercise rate between male and female (χ2 = 1.548, df = 1, P = 0.213). Conclusion: Corps inhabitants smoking, drinking and other unhealthy behaviors are ubiquitous. We should promptly carry out health education and health promotion activities on bad habits of the population.
