目的了解中国中部地区冬季大学生参加课外体育活动情况,为促进大学生冬季锻炼和改革体育课程内容提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的“大学生课外体育活动情况调查表”对武汉、长沙、南昌、合肥、郑州、南京等18所高校的2 500名大学生2010年12月-2011年1月期间参加课外体育活动情况进行调查。结果 82.1%的大学生冬季会参加课外体育活动,虽然增强体质(43.1%)是他们首位锻炼动机,但是受气候恶劣场地不足、学习压力大等因素的影响,活动强度较小(55.5%的被试参加小强度体育活动)、持续时间较短(65.4%的被试每次参加体育活动的时间不足1 h)。雪地活动(73.0%)最受欢迎,与朋友结伴(63.5%)是主要活动形式。结论中部地区大学生冬季课外体育活动的质量明显较低。应改革体育课程内容,加强冬季课外体育活动管理和推动寝室体育文化发展。
Objective To understand the winter college students ’participation in extracurricular sports activities in central China and provide a theoretical basis for promoting college students’ winter training and reforming the physical education curriculum content. Methods A self-designed questionnaire of extracurricular physical activities for college students was used to investigate the extracurricular physical activities of 2,500 college students from 18 colleges and universities in Wuhan, Changsha, Nanchang, Hefei, Zhengzhou and Nanjing from December 2010 to January 2011, Activities to investigate. Results 82.1% of college students took part in extracurricular sports activities in winter. Physical education curriculum should be reformed, to strengthen the winter extracurricular sports management and promote the development of dormitory sports culture.
