阐述了铸态高强韧球墨铸铁的生产过程,分析了常规球化剂FeSiMg8RE3和低镁球化剂FeSiMg6RE2对铸态高强韧球墨铸铁的影响。实验结果表明:在化学成分、原材料、熔炼、炉前处理等工艺不变的情况下,采用低镁球化剂可以生产铸态高强韧球墨铸铁,可获得较好的球化级别,而且生产工艺稳定、可靠,质量高、成本低,力学性能达到和超过国家标准。
The production process of cast high toughness nodular cast iron was described. The effects of conventional nodularizing agent FeSiMg8RE3 and low-Mg nodularizing agent FeSiMg6RE2 on cast high-ductile ductile iron were analyzed. The experimental results show that the cast nodular cast iron with high strength and toughness can be produced by using low-Mg nodularizer under the condition of chemical composition, raw material, smelting and pretreatment. The production process Stable, reliable, high quality, low cost, mechanical properties meet and exceed the national standard.
