文章从改革管理体制、稳定基层卫生队伍、完善公共卫生服务体系、健全三级医疗卫生服务网络、全面实施新型农村合作医疗制度、加强农村卫生服务机构建设、开展创建卫生城镇提升城乡环境卫生水平等方面介绍了广饶县发展农村卫生工作的基本做法和实绩,提出了发展农村卫生事业政府是关键、卫生部门是主力军、全社会参与是保障,发展农村卫生事业是构建和谐社会的群众基础的观点,并就今后如何进一步提升农村卫生服务水平,凸显政府职责和全社会参与提出了若干思考。
