首先可以告诉大家,这是一起医疗事故争议。很有意思的是我在我的博客上看到了两个完全相反的意见:一个认为现在医疗事故由医学会或者卫生局鉴定,这是自己人给自己判案,明显不合理也很难保证公正,法医应该参加医疗事故鉴定;另一位认为法医和医生隔行如隔山,不应该参加医疗事故鉴定,我不知道谁是谁非,都有道理,但是我是本市卫生局医疗事故鉴定专家组成员之一,所以时不时的会参加医疗事故的鉴定。
