目的 :探讨细胞因子在翼状胬肉发病机制中的作用。方法 :体外培养翼状胬肉成纤维细胞 ,采用MTT比色法测定肿瘤坏死因子 (tumornecrosisfactor,TNF -α)、血小板源生长因子 (platelet-derivedgrowthfactor,PDGF)和γ -干扰素 (interferon -gamma,IFN -γ)对翼状胬肉成纤维细胞增殖的影响。结果 :TNF -α和PDGF可明显促进翼状胬肉成纤维细胞的增殖 ,且均呈剂量依赖效应 ;但IFN -γ对翼状胬肉成纤维细胞的增殖却有明显的抑制作用。结论 :TNF -α和PDGF可促进翼状胬肉成纤维细胞的增殖 ,在翼状胬肉发病机制中起重要作用 ;IFN -γ是一种成纤维细胞增殖的负性调节因子 ,有望在翼状胬肉的防治中发挥重要作用
Objective: To investigate the role of cytokines in the pathogenesis of pterygium. Methods: The pterygium fibroblasts were cultured in vitro. The expressions of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and interferon-gamma -γ) on the proliferation of pterygium fibroblasts. Results: TNF-α and PDGF significantly promoted the proliferation of pterygium fibroblasts in a dose-dependent manner. However, IFN-γ significantly inhibited the proliferation of pterygium fibroblasts. CONCLUSION: TNF-α and PDGF can promote the proliferation of pterygium fibroblasts and play an important role in the pathogenesis of pterygium. IFN-γ is a negative regulator of proliferation of fibroblasts and is expected to be expressed in pterygium The prevention and treatment play an important role
