(2016年10月31日中山市第十四届人民代表大会常务委员会第四十一次会议通过)中山市第十四届人民代表大会常务委员会第四十一次会议听取和审议了市人民政府《关于提请审议将翠城道北段地下综合管廊及同步建设工程PPP项目政府财政支出纳入市级财政预算的报告》和市人大常委会财政经济工作委员会的初审报告。会议同意这两个报告,批准市人民政府提出的关于翠城道北段地下综合管廊及同步建设工程PPP项目政府财政支出纳入市级财政预算。
(Adopted at the 41st Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th Zhongshan People’s Congress on October 31, 2016) The 41st meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th Zhongshan People’s Congress heard and deliberated the Municipal People’s Government Report on Submitting the Report on Bringing the Government Financial Expenditure of PPP Project of Cuicheng Road North Section into the Municipal Budget and the Preliminary Examination Report of the Financial and Economic Working Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee. The meeting agreed with the two reports and approved the municipal government’s fiscal expenditure on the integrated underground pipe gallery and simultaneous construction PPP project of the North Section of Cuicheng Road to be approved by the municipal people’s government for inclusion in the municipal budget.
