文章针对企业创新合作伙伴的选择过程阶段化、选择对象多样化、指标多层级、专家偏好性等特点,提出了基于改进信息熵与复合物元的创新合作伙伴优选决策模型。通过引入专家决策偏好属性改进信息熵权重,保证创新合作伙伴评价指标权重的客观性与等级明晰性;根据合作伙伴多样化、指标多属性等特征,通过可拓分析方法扩展原始物元,利用逐级关联函数改进可拓优度评价模型,建立了创新合作伙伴的多层级优选决策模型。最后通过应用分析证明了该方法的有效性与可行性。
In this paper, according to the stages of selection process diversification, diversification of selection objects, multi-level indicators and preference of experts, the article proposes the optimal partner decision model based on improved information entropy and composite element. By introducing the attribute of expert’s decision preference, the weight of information entropy is improved to ensure the objectivity and level clarity of the index weight of innovative partners. According to the diversity of partners and multiple attributes of indicators, the original element is extended through the method of extension analysis. Level correlation function to improve the evaluation model of extension superiority and establish a multi-level optimization decision-making model for innovative partners. At last, the validity and feasibility of the method is proved by application analysis.
