试验主要研究蓖麻粕对南方根结线虫的控制作用,为寻找新型植物源杀线虫活性物质提供基础。试验采用不同蓖麻粕剂量防治保护地番茄根结线虫病,观察线虫和番茄幼苗对蓖麻粕的反应。试验结果表明,亩施1 300 kg、3 900 kg蓖麻粕均能有效防治番茄根结线虫病,该剂量对番茄安全,建议根据根结线虫病发生严重程度和经济条件选用适当的用量。同时应当对蓖麻粕的杀线虫活性成分粗提、杀线虫谱和作用机制等方面进行深入研究,为规模化、商品化利用植物源杀线虫活性物质防治根结线虫提供理论基础。
The experiment mainly studied the control effect of castor meal on Meloidogyne incognita, and provided the basis for finding a new plant-killing nematode active substance. In the experiment, different castor meal doses were used to control tomato root knot nematode disease and the responses of nematode and tomato seedlings to castor meal were observed. The results showed that 1 300 kg and 3 900 kg castor meal could effectively prevent and control tomato root-knot nematode disease, and the dose was safe for tomato. It is suggested that the appropriate dosage should be selected according to the severity and economical conditions of root-knot nematode disease. At the same time, the research on the crude extract, nematode spectrum and mechanism of nematicidal active ingredients of castor meal should be carried out in-depth, which provides the theoretical basis for the large-scale and commercial use of plant-based nematicidal active substances for controlling root-knot nematodes.
