从计划经济进入市场经济，思想政治工作面临着新的问题，如人们对利益追求、对自身能力的认识、对自立精神的建立等等。本文试就这些问题进行分析，并提出了在新的经济体制下思想政治工作者应提高自身素质，尊重、理解、关心人以及解决实际问题等几点对策。 From the planned economy to the market economy, ideological and political work is faced with new problems, such as people’s pursuit of interests, their understanding of their own abilities, and the establishment of a spirit of self-reliance. This article tries to analyze these issues and proposes several countermeasures for ideological and political workers to improve their quality, respect, understand, care for, and solve practical problems under the new economic system.
