省分行于四月一日成立,接管西北区行移交陕西省金融业务,兹将省辖各行第一季度业务工作简结报告如下:(一)金融与物价陕省第一季度各主要城市物价,随全国趋势,由稳昇,猛涨,疲滞,到突变性的猛降,为十余年来全国人民经济本质变化中的转折点。全季物价变化,可概分为两个阶段(1)一月上旬至二月中旬由稳昇到锰涨。(2)二月下旬至三月中下旬由疲滞到猛降。
