目的探讨依据急诊危重患者来诊时段,调整优化抢救护士的工作人员配置模式。方法对急诊危重患者来诊时段进行回顾性分析,对该院急诊抢救室22名护理人员的排班进行调整,比较调整前后护理工作的实施效果。结果急诊危重患者来诊的高峰时段为22:00-24:00,护士排班改革后,工作倦怠率和工作压力均有显著性下降,护理质量和患者满意度呈显著性提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依据急诊危重患者来诊时段分布,合理安排抢救护士工作模式,能够减轻急救护士工作负荷和压力,提高护理工作效率与质量,降低护士职业倦怠,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the mode of staffing of emergency rescue nurses based on the critical period of emergency visits. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the critical period of emergent critically ill patients and the scheduling of 22 nurses in emergency room of the emergency room was adjusted to compare the effect of nursing work before and after adjustment. Results The critical time for emergency diagnosis in critically ill patients was 22: 00-24: 00. After the shift of nurses, the job burnout rate and working pressure decreased significantly, the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Based on the distribution of consultation hours among critically ill patients in emergency department and the reasonable arrangement of rescue nurses working mode, the work load and pressure of emergency nurses can be reduced, the efficiency and quality of nursing work can be improved, the job burnout of nurses reduced, and patient satisfaction improved.
