只要存在两个人以上的地方就存在着沟通,缺乏有效的沟通往往产生误解和矛盾。虽然,从一般意义上讲,所有的管理人员都负有沟通的责任,但人力资源部作为企业管理的核心部门则应责无旁贷地承担起“沟通枢纽”的职责,从员工一踏进公司大门到员工因为各种原因离开公司,只有人力资源部是始终伴其左右的、时时与之发生联系的部门,“沟通”成为HR一直要做,并且做也做不完的工作。伴随着一个员工在企业中成长、发展的足迹,HR的沟通工作也应是形式多样、不拘一格的。
