国家卫计委2013年的数据资料显示,中国每年人工流产的未成年少女大约有325万左右。此外,据联合国人口基金会发布的《2013年世界人口状况报告》,发展中国家每年有超700万不满18岁的少女当上妈妈,其中有200万是15岁以下少女。每年暑假和寒假,是青少年性行为的高发期。假期结束之时,往往也是少女人流的高峰期,因此被称为“人流季”。“少女怀孕”已成为一种社会危机,因为这些少女是未来的妻子和母亲,这些身体受到严重摧残的未来的妻子和母亲,将如何撑起属于她们的那半边天?
Data from the State Health Planning Commission in 2013 show that about 3.25 million underage girls are aborting each year in China. In addition, according to the World Population Report 2013 published by the UN Population Fund, over 7 million girls under the age of 18 in developing countries become mothers each year, of whom 2 million are girls under 15 years of age. Every summer and winter vacation, is the high incidence of adolescent sexual behavior. At the end of the holiday season, it is often the peak of teenagers’ flow and is therefore known as the “Preppy Season.” Pregnancy of teenage girls has become a social crisis because these teenage girls are the wives and mothers of the future, and how can those wives and mothers who are severely bereaved future hold up on their half-days?
