在和平里车站住宅小区7#楼及配套商业工程门架屋面钢结构工程中,整体提升技术的成功应用,避免了搭设75m高脚手架高空安装钢结构及装饰板的难题。通过钢结构地面拼装时钢梁起拱,拼装完成后先将结构卸载再安装装饰板的方法避免了提升后装饰板变形带来的平整度的问题。为类似结构施工技术的发展与进步起到了推动作用。
The successful application of the overall upgrading technology in the steel structure project of 7 # building of Hepingli Station Residential Area and supporting commercial engineering mast has avoided the difficult problem of installing 75m high scaffolding steel structures and decorative plates at high altitude. When the steel beam is assembled through the ground of the steel structure, the structure is unloaded and then the decoration board is assembled after the assembly is completed, so as to avoid the problem of the flatness brought by the deformation of the decorative plate after the lifting. It has played a catalytic role in the development and progress of similar structural construction technology.
