课堂改革的十年中,一批中小学校因校制宜地创造了不同模式的“新课堂”。其中,山东、山西两省的课堂模式影响巨大。考试和分数不是改革的限度,改革的学校最终都能取得较好的考试成绩;课堂改革中官方与民间的良性互动至为重要,行政力量应当成为课堂改革的倡导者和支持者;改革者需要勇气、坚持与实践智慧。期望社会为改革者创造更为良好的改革环境,改革者要关注技术改进的理论基础问题,要兼顾“怎么学”与“学什么”。
During the ten years of classroom reform, a group of primary and secondary schools created different modes of “new classroom” for their school conditions. Among them, Shandong and Shanxi provinces have great influence on the classroom model. Examination and scores are not the limits of the reform, the reform of the school can eventually get a better test scores; class reform in the healthy interaction between government and non-government is important, the power of the administration should become the classroom reform advocates and supporters; reformers need Courage, perseverance and practical wisdom. Expect society to create a more favorable reform environment for reformers, and reformers should pay attention to the theoretical basis of technological improvement, taking into account both “how to learn” and “what to learn.”
